                  WOKING GRADE SATURDAY AUGUST 2nd           

Due to the school holidays the next Woking grade has been cancelled, you may take your child to the Crawley grade on Saturday July 26th at 11.30am or Worthing any Sat at 9am please feel free to call 07743826994 or 01403730556 for information about either date

Good news as from 28th June Crawley will have an Adults only Karate class in Broadfield Barton Community Centre every Saturday starting at 11am,this will be held every Saturday at the same time.

If your a parent or a parent a of a parent and want to try it out pop along and give it a go your never to old (my oldest student is 67yrs young).

You will gain so much more confidence, become a lot fitter,

more flexable and gain new friends.

I have one parent started after having a triple bypass (only 50yrs old) and has never looked back and another mum who had angina and now feel a big improvment.

So if you thinking about it pop along or chat to me in class or even ring me (i dont bite honest!!).

All former  SAMA students are very welcome to come back and continue your  training with us at your last grade belt level.

Even if you have trained elsewhere and are now a higher belt than you were with us,don't worry we will take this into consideration.
